After spending an entire YEAR with another realtor and lending team that wasted our time by making countless mistakes and not being there for us, we were recommended to Israel and his team from a friend. We just closed escrow on a house and Israel has been there every step of the way.
He is not your typical agent; he is a very patient, hard-working, honest guy that REALLY looks out for his clients.
He would meet us even when it’s not convenient for him to see a property last minute. He never made us feel bad for wasting his time. He would do the research for every property we send him and he would filter out the ones that had hidden taxes that we werent aware of.
Purchasing a home is really scary, it’s really important to have an agent that really looks out for your best interest and not someone trying to sell you on a high-priced property just to gain commission.
I had a huge amount of respect for him when I wanted to offer more on property and he told me to go for the asking price because he can tell the owners are in a rush to leave… He could’ve easily made more money on commission if he went with my idea but he just wanted to save us money —they accepted our offer that day. He even fought for us to get more money on sellers credit and is helping us with our renovation by connecting us with his contractor!

My experience with Israel was great. He was very knowledgeable about the industry, always available to show me houses around my work schedule, replied back in timely manner to all calls, texts and emails. Communication was great. Buying a house can be very stressful and overwhelming. I am not going to lie I wanted to give up many times for one reason or an other, however Israel was VERY patient with me and pushed me not to give up. He was just over all awesome. I would and have told everyone how great he was and how fast the process was. Another thing about Israel is that we didn't feel as if we were just a commission check to him. Once escrow closed he gave us many ideas on how to fix the house and how to turn on utilities, advise on pool services, alarms etc. Long story short if you are looking for a great experience Israel is the guy to go to hands down.

Yo Mayra y mi pareja Javier estamos muy agradecidos y felices de haber contactado a Israel Perez, en la búsqueda de nuestra casa.
Nosotros abrimos un cazo de bancarrota pero nunca lo seguimos, eso aparecia en el credito, y el nos ayudo.
No calificábamos al comienzo pero el nos dio opciones y seguimos sus consejos. Tenias también varios problemas con los prestamistas y Israel finalmente nos comunicó con un prestamista que si nos pudo calificar y ayudar. Finalmente now pudo encontrar la casa perfecta para nosotros y no las consiguió a $25,000 menos de la evaluación y también con $5,000 pagado por el vendedor para cubrir los costos de la compra.

Israel was AMAZING! He did not pressure me into buying just any house to try to make a quick sell like many agents do. He was very knowledgeable about the city/tax rate/solar panels/flipped homes and home figures. He went above and beyond giving me information about the quality of the home and it's durability. Can't Find the Words to Compliment the All Around services that Israel provided in being our Realtor through the stressful and hectic process of buying our Home.
Israel is very proactive and goes above and beyond in communicating and making sure everything we were going through and being confronted with was understood 100%. He always answered his phone, even for our questions at 1am d/t mine and my Husbands work hours, never left 1 text unanswered.
